Machine washable.
Machine wash cold (30°C / 86°F or below) on a gentle cycle. Turn inside out first to protect any lace-up hardware, grommets, or eyelets from snagging other items. Use a mesh laundry bag can be helpful.
Use a mild detergent. Avoid fabric softener, it can degrade spandex's elasticity over time and leave residue on polyester.
Wash with similar colors.
Do not bleach.
Tumble dry low, or hang/lay flat to air dry. Either works, but lower heat is safer and best for long term.
